Some types of “stuff” that we are working on at DealVector

Several friends of DealVector have been asking about the kinds of mandates that are occupying our time at the moment. Here are a few to give a flavor:

  • Regional bank issuer using DealVector to connect with investors and propose curing deferring interest in a situation where the Fed is otherwise disallowing inter-co release of funds.
  • Holder of illiquid CDO increasing its network of interested parties in the deal, and happily discovering better price indications than hoped (double-digit price improvement).
  • CLO investor and manager utilizing InvestorLink to communicate directly with investors via DTC system in pursuit of amendment without spending months on phone.
  • RMBS interested parties connecting to discuss options for replacement of servicer — discussions initiated with possible replacement servicer.
  • RMBS investors exchanging views on proposed Reps & Warranties settlement and reaching consensus within short negative consent time window.
  • Attempts at assembling necessary votes for potential CDO-cracking.
  • Calls for support in directing RMBS trustee to seek repurchases.
