DealVector Integrates CoreLogic Non-Agency RMBS Metrics
BWIC Board users gain access to Non-Agency RMBS Collateral Performance data from industry’s leading provider Powers advanced search features—huge step forward toward delivering the “MLS for Bonds”
Las Vegas, NV, Feb, 9, 2015 — DealVector, the only professional peer network connecting fixed income participants to holders of specific bonds, today announced it has collaborated with CoreLogic to bring select non-agency RMBS metrics to subscribers of DealVector’s BWIC board.
Investors searching the $20+ Bn of RMBS bonds posted monthly to the BWIC Board will immediately gain the ability to view key metrics on non-agency RMBS such as deal level metrics for:
- Delinquency 60+
- Pre-payment Rate
- Pool Factor (overall deal)
- Default Rate
- Loss Severity
- Average coupon
They can also set alerts to be notified proactively when any bond comes out on BWIC that matches their investment criteria. DealVector also plans to give investors access to additional data sets that are critical for credit analysis of these complex instruments.
“This integration gives the investors and brokers who rely on our service far more efficient tools for bond discovery, and represents a big step forward in our vision of providing a modern, web-based solution for participants in the BWICs market,” said DealVector CEO Mike Manning. “Wading through inboxes filled with unstructured data in duplicative BWIC blasts costs time and makes it easy to miss a bond. Our goal is to help people get through their BWIC lists faster, while never missing an opportunity.”
DealVector chose CoreLogic as a data provider because of their unparalleled position in the market and ability to consistently deliver best in class data and analytics. CoreLogic chose to work with DealVector as part of its commitment to deliver value to clients through creative solutions that optimize workflow as well as information access.
At CoreLogic, we are always looking for new ways to empower our clients to make smarter decisions through data-driven insights,” said Olumide Soroye, managing director, CoreLogic Information Solutions. “This integration puts critical collateral information right at the fingertips of non-agency RMBS investors at the precise moment they need it. That is what we do at CoreLogic – the best insights at the right time delivered in perfect harmony with our clients’ workflows”
About the BWIC Board
Over $40B in structured credit products are offered for sale every month over email blasts and IM—an ad hoc approach resulting in duplicative bid requests, cluttered in-boxes, and unstructured data. The BWIC Board streamlines this process for both brokers and investors. At no charge, this service:
- Scrapes over $40B in BWICs per month from participating brokers
- Adds key metrics, such as historical pricing data, DQ 60+, and loss severity
- De-dupes bid requests by bond, but shows investors each submitting broker and source BWIC
- Compares the bid requests against each DealVector member’s Deal Center
- Proactively notifies members when bonds they hold or watch come out for bid
Participation is open to all brokers. Simply add bwic@dealvector.com to any existing distribution lists to get published to the BWIC board and included in members’ real time watch list alerts.
Investors can join DealVector at www.DealVector.com, and view bonds from across the market in one central, easy-to-use web service.
